“Elegance does not consist in putting on a new dress.” It is a quote said by Coco Chanel, the woman behind the famous fashion line “Chanel”. Just like what she said, being elegant does not mean having new clothes to wear. There is a distinct style that is suited for our so-called recycling of clothes, the “vintage” style.  Vintage dresses, from the word itself, are the dresses that became a hit during the past years. Today, modern designers decided to revive it and mix it up with the current women’s fashion line. Out of all the vintage dresses, maxi dresses became the all-time favorite.

Maxi vintage dresses are the style can fit in any occasions. It is long, usually floor-length, that is made up of soft, flowing fabric. Surely, any woman who is wearing it will be comfortable with it. It offers different kinds of form wherein women of all ages can choose from. It is usually worn by women as maternity dress because of its free-flowing characteristic and because it is comfortable to wear.  Women can find spaghetti straps, scoop necklines, halter tops, and racer backs that they can wear even on their casual days. Most women think that maxi dresses are only for the tall and lean. Body type should not be an issue in wearing maxi dresses.
