Guy Laroche Paris Fashion Week
Marcel Marongiu is the designer for the Guy Laroche fashion house, which is the focus of the Ready To Wear Paris Fashion Week, highlighting their Autumn/Winter 2014-15 collection.
Cinnamon, Teal, Jungle Green, Deep Green, and Deep Purple, Old Silver, Ash, Rust, Jet Black and Ocean Boat Blue are in the color palette for this fashion collection. Fabrics used include leather, sheep shearling, silk, chiffon, lace and wool.
Mongolian sheep fur coats, long pleated skirts, cropped pants, sack dresses, felted wool tops, dress coats, turtlenecks, sheath dresses and a soigné coat are all garments to be found in this collection.
Some of the negative notables in the collection include a sheer chiffon knee-length dress with polka dot pattern; knee-length black sheep shearling coat without lapels or collar, and; shapeless Ocean Boat Blue knee-length coat with thin lapels and collar.
Some of the positively radiant garments in the collection include a patent leather trench coat with padded shoulders but without collar or belt; Purple Navy, Jet Black and Snow knee-length jumper with camo pattern; Bronze tunic dress with side gathers, long sleeves, jewel collar, paired with matching leggings, and; black tunic with scoop neckline and wide elbow length sleeves, paired with black leather knee length sheath skirt.
